Our Story

We acquired this abandoned truffle farm back in 2022, in 2023 we collaborated with Urbani Truffleland Program, where we had the soil analyzed and being certified for productive truffiere.

The Truffle Farm is located in Stipes, which is the epicentre and the best atmosphere for Black truffles. We are gradually cleaning the land, re-design it with labelling each truffle tree, and finally fencing the whole property to avoid wild hogs eating Truffles.
