Spend between 7 to 10 unforgettable days in Italy, where your hands touch tradition and your soul breathes simplicity.

Once a year, from October 12th to October 20th, we open the gates of our small olive grove to just 3 volunteers willing to join us in an age-old ritual: the olive harvest.

Each morning, Breakfast and from 8am to 2pm you’ll spend a few peaceful hours among the trees, hand-picking olives under the Italian sun. No machinery,  Just honest, grounding work with panoramic views in every direction.

Then after lunch you are in total relaxation, you can visit the town of Farfa, enjoying an aperitivo in the patio or visiting the surrounding towns

In return for your help, we offer:

• Free accommodation on our hillside fully renovated property, with full panoramic patio, campfire bbq, outside lounge. 

• Delicious home-cooked local meals and wine every evening by a private Chef

• Quiet nights under the stars, the sound of crickets, and the scent of olive trees

• And as a thank you, a 1 bottle of our Valerio N1 extra virgin olive oil, made from the olives you helped harvest.​

This isn’t a vacation, it’s a chance to disconnect from the noise, reconnect with Mother Nature, and feel part of a deeper, slower rhythm of life.

Please note: Volunteers are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel to and from our location in Italy.

This program is strictly applied to ownership personal acquaintances, you must be healthy, fit with physical training at least 1 week before the harvest, to avoid muscles damage.
