Indulge yourself in the nature of the Italy’s most beautiful scenery, “The Sabina Valley”, 40 minutes away from Rome; a territory full of medieval history and gastronomy heritage. The Sabina Valley is well known for having one of the best extra virgin olive oil in the world " The Sabina Dop, IGP.
Our residence is a Rustic beautiful independent Cottage Style mini-Villa on the hills of Castelnuovo di Farfa, a beautiful medieval town, and a European pilgrimage destination due to the Farfa Abbey.
The Farfatale has an outstanding patio, a fruit garden, a panoramic terrazza, all these along with a full fine dining culinary experience, you cannot miss.
In the residence you will walk around fig trees, cherries, pomegranate, olives, pears, hazelnuts; where, if you happen to be in summer, every day you can select your best figs and enjoy them in the middle of the garden, or the chef can make you a beautiful prosciutto burrata salad with grilled figs for dinner, listening to the absolute peace and the recharging energy of the rural nature that resets your body and mind.
The property has a full bioclimatic patio with the view of the town and the olive tree hills. You can chill on a swinging chair in front of the sunset, where you can enjoy high-end cocktails and wine while looking at it, with the sounds of the water from our relaxing fountain, and later enjoy dinners outside, under a sky full of stars.
The host is a Rome-born, Michelin-International level Chef with a worldwide hospitality background that grew up in the Sabina valley during his childhood, passing summers cooking with Grandma. He has cooked for many world celebrities and cooked in Michelin star establishments, and now he will curate your dining experience from breakfast, Lunch, Aperitivo to Dinner, all-inclusive in the package.

Castelnuovo di Farfa
Castelnuovo di farfa is a European pilgrimage destination as you can find the Farfa Abbey, where in 2016 it was added to the list to be a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as part of a group of eight Italian medieval Benedictine monasteries, representing "The cultural landscape of the Benedictine settlements in medieval Italy".
With old shops and restaurant, it's a time travel back to medieval age.
From Horse riding on the creek, to visiting an Alpaca farm, to experience your personal Chef, the farfa tale will make the most memorable culinary and hospitality experience.
