Day 1
•Breakfast with homemade cakes, cornetti, cookies and fruits, or you can customize your breakfast as you wish.
•Relax in the Garden with the sound of the water and distress your flight with our in house aged negroni or a Limoncello spritz, and reset your mind into relax mode.
•Light Lunch with a salad and sandwiches or light dinner depending on arrival.
•Relaxing around the garden or in your suite
•Dinner with the Chef making some local delishes
Day 2
•Breakfast with homemade cakes, cornetti, cookies and fruits, or you can customize your breakfast as you wish
•Visit the old town of Castelnuovo di Farfa
•Lunch in residence, bruschettas, local cheeses and salumi, local wine.
-Afternoon Siesta or Relax in property
•Daily Aperitivo, cocktails, spritz, wine or whisky.
•Dinner with Chef, with some salads, pastas, and classic desserts.
Day 3
•Breakfast with homemade cakes, cornetti, cookies and fruits, or you can customize your breakfast as you wish
•Visit the Farfa Abbey
•Lunch in a Michelin star local Sabina restaurant
•Afternoon relax in property with Aperitivo
•Peruvian BBQ, specialties from Peru brought to the Sabina.
Day 4
•Breakfast with homemade cakes, cornetti, cookies and fruits, or you can customize your breakfast as you wish
•Visit Toffia town centre, then head to Poggio moiano, to have lunch at one of the most iconic 3 generations family run award winning restaurant “Fontana Maria” where you’ll be cuddled by delicious rustic cuisine and meet the owner “Zoff” Iconic and amazing host.
•Afternoon Relax in property with aperitivo, or you can visit the town at your pleasure.
•Dinner with Pizza and Jazz on the patio with Forno a legna, Chef making different pizza varieties with local beers or wines.
Day 5
•Breakfast with homemade cakes, cornetti, cookies and fruits, or you can customize your breakfast as you wish
•Visit Rieti ancient city to have lunch in the center to hit the best artesanal gelato shop
-Afternoon relax in property
-Dinner with Chef on the patio
Day 6

•Prepare your luggages
•Relax in the property, Chef will make you a travel homemade sandwich to take to the airport.
•Goodbyes
After 7 days package you can extend your staying and just relax
After the 7 days package you can extend as much as you want, you will still have your private Chef making breakfast, lunch, aperitivo and dinner, in case you want to just chill in the nature, looking at the stars, meditate, or celebrating more special occasions.
